Concrete: Projects include Del Dot Community Transportation Needs – Several contracts totaling over $10M – which have consisted of removing and replacing miles of valley gutter, sidewalk, curb and ramps, curb sealing, installation of catch basins, frames & grates and installation of detectable warning systems. All work incidental to these contracts is self-performed by us, such as saw cutting, milling and paving of miles of residential streets throughout New Castle County, Delaware, also, installation of speed bumps and all signage, maintenance of traffic, topsoiling and seeding, grading, & manhole adjustments.
Water/Sewer Service Installation: We have extensive experience installing all types and sizes of water, sewer and utility piping. We have a crew whose main duty is to complete pipe work. We are licensed with New Castle County as an Outside Utility Contractor.
Stormwater Management/Drainage Pond Installation: We have installed countless bio-retention ponds, bioretention swales and storm-tech systems. We are knowledgeable of New Castle County regulations, permitting and inspections procedures.
Excavation/Sitework: We have completed numerous Sitework jobs and seen them through from the planning stage to completion. We have been hired and continually work with in and out-of-state Developers, Government Entities, General Contractors and have acted as the General Contractor on many residential, commercial and industrial properties ranging in size from ½ an acre to 100 acres.
Sealcoating: We have the equipment and experience to complete your commercial/industrial sealcoating job. We have a squeegee machine and crackfiller for your asphalt maintenance needs.
Crushing/Screening/Material Recycling Operations: Cirillo Bros., Inc. newly operating Crushing and Screening operations allows for the recycling of blacktop millings and concrete for reuse in projects which can drastically reduce the cost of material and trucking for certain projects. Millings and crushed concrete are available for sale – Pick-up or Delivery. We also keep many types of stone in stock available for pickup or delivery. Call us for rates!
Demolition: Cirillo Bros., Inc. can complete your demolition project safely and quickly using all their own equipment and dumptrucks. The added ability to recycle the demolition debris such as bricks and or concrete can also reduce the cost to you. Having fill dirt readily available can also reduce the cost by eliminating the need to import fill.
Trucking: Cirillo Bros., Inc.'s fleet of 17 Tri-axle dumptrucks ensures that we can haul material when it’s needed, move dirt and debris and don’t have to rely on someone else to complete your work in an efficient manner. Cirillo Bros., Inc. has recently begun stockpiling materials for sale. This along with the addition if its new scale house facility, materials are only a few miles away for pickup or delivery.
